The 2021 Met Gala is almost here.
After last year’s edition went virtual and this year’s was postponed due to the ongoing pandemic, the Met Gala is going forward this month in a smaller setting.
Despite the intimate setting, the Met Gala is still expected to be a star-studded event. A confirmed guest list has not been revealed, but many of today’s biggest celebrities are expected to attend, such as Timothée Chalamet, Billie Eilish, Amanda Gorman and Naomi Osaka, who serve as this year’s co-chairs.

When and where is the 2021 Met Gala?
This year’s Met Gala will take place at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Sept. 13 in a smaller setting. The annual event, usually held on the first Monday in May, was postponed to September due to the pandemic.
The 2021 Met Gala takes place right after the upcoming New York Fashion Week, which runs from Sept. 8 to Sept. 12.
What is this year’s theme?  
The 2021 Met Gala theme and subsequent museum exhibition focuses on the theme, “In America: A Lexicon of Fashion.”

All the Red Carpet Looks at the 2021 Venice Film Festival

The 2021 Venice Film Festival is expected to be a star-studded affair, with many of today’s biggest actors and actresses coming together at the city’s famed Lido.
The 78th edition of the festival is taking place from Sept. 1 to Sept. 11 and will debut some of the year’s most-anticipated films, such as the Princess Diana-themed movie, “Spencer,” the sci-fi drama “Dune” and the psychological horror film “Last Night in Soho.”
The Venice Film Festival’s opening night took place on Wednesday with the premiere of Spanish film, “Parallel Mothers,” bringing together the likes of jury president Bong Joon Ho, Cynthia Erivo, Helen Mirren, Penélope Cruz and others.
The opening night already saw several high-fashion moments on the red carpet, including from Erivo, one of the festival’s jury members. Erivo arrived wearing a custom crystal mesh Versace dress embellished with crystal straps. She paired the look with Roberto Coin jewelry.

Other stars looked to Armani Privé’s past collections for their red carpet looks, including French actress Isabelle Huppert, who wore a form-fitting, jeweled dress from the fall 2005 couture collection, and model Sara Sampaio, who wore a black jeweled gown from the fall

Everything to Know About Instagram’s 10+ Days of Live Shopping

Instagram has tapped a number of famous faces for its upcoming live shopping events.
On Wednesday, Instagram announced its 10+ Days of Live Shopping, which introduces a new way for users to score exclusive products from celebrities, creators and artists. The events offer fans access to the latest releases and exclusive merchandise on Instagram when they visit the “Live” feature in the application’s Shop tab.
Users will be able to receive offers directly from celebrities, creators and artists themselves, listen in and watch VIP conversations and performances, see makeup and apparel items in action, check out with their items seamlessly on Instagram and more.
Some of the celebrities involved will be Selena Gomez, Olivia Palermo, Kacey Musgraves, Sophia Roe and Lil Yachty. Gomez will be going live with her beauty brand Rare Beauty, while Lil Yachty will be presenting his nail polish label Crete.
