Demi Lovato Signs With UTA
United Talent Agency has signed Demi Lovato, representing the singer and actor globally in all areas.
The 28-year-old, a Grammy Award nominee and multiplatinum-selling artist, announced last month on their podcast “4D With Demi Lovato” that they identify as nonbinary and have changed their pronouns from she/her to they/them.
This comes following the release of their seventh studio album, “Dancing With the Devil…the Art of Starting Over,” which dropped in April. At the time, Lovato also launched a four-part documentary series on YouTube Originals, where they discussed past traumas and the importance of mental health, while shedding insight on their struggles with an eating disorder, addiction and impact of their headline-making overdose in 2018.
Lovato has been an advocate for mental health. In 2013, they released “Staying Strong: 365 Days a Year,” a look into the ups and downs of recovery, and in 2017 was named ambassador for mental health by Global Citizen, an organization working to end extreme poverty.
Lovato began their career in television as a child actor on “Barney & Friends.” Their credits also include Disney’s “Camp Rock,” “Glee” and “Will & Grace.” They have also been a judge and mentor on “The X Factor,” Fox’s singing competition. Most recently, they

Amazon is giving shoppers another chance to experience its highly anticipated sales event.
Amazon Prime Day 2021 is back later this month, offering customers big discounts on virtually all categories the e-commerce giant offers. Following last year’s iteration, which took place in October, Amazon Prime Day 2021 will be a two-day event starting on June 21 that will offer big sales and Lightning Deals.
Although the company postponed its Amazon Prime Day last year to October due to the pandemic, the sales event brought in over $3.5 billion in sales from third-party sellers, marking an increase of 60 percent from the previous year’s Prime Day. In 2019, Amazon sold roughly 175 million products, which analysts estimated generated $7.16 billion in revenue.

Over the last few decades, few TV shows have remained in the cultural lexicon for their fashion the way that the CW’s “Gossip Girl” has.
The show became known for its over-the-top, high-fashion-meets-private school style that made actresses Leighton Meester and Blake Lively, who played Blair Waldorf and Serena van der Woodson, respectively, fashion icons in their own right.
Costume designer Eric Daman curated the show’s coveted costumes, dressing the stars in looks that were often straight from the fashion week runway. This includes some of the show’s most memorable fashion moments, such as the Elie Saab spring 2012 couture dress Meester’s character wore at her impromptu wedding to Chuck Bass in Central Park during the series finale.
The show also attracted many of the industry’s biggest names for cameos throughout its six seasons, including Karlie Kloss, Tory Burch, Rachel Zoe and Cynthia Rowley, among others.
