The Delamar Greenwich Harbor, a luxury hotel located in the upscale enclave of Greenwich, Conn., has linked up with design firm Williams Lawrence.
Bunny Williams and Elizabeth Lawrence, who joined forces in 2023, will oversee the hotel’s first major renovation in 25 years. The renovation will include a redesign of the lobby and grand penthouse, as well as 65 guest rooms. The duo’s design approach for the hotel is merging “classic and contemporary elements,” to create an upscale and elegant environment.
“The hotel has long been an icon at Greenwich Harbor and we plan to bring a new sense of style and timeless elegance to the spaces for the next generation of guests,” Williams said in an announcement about the project. The redesign will mark her first time working with a luxury hotel.
The interior design icon founded her firm Bunny Williams Interior Design in 1988, which was renamed upon her partnership with Lawrence. Williams has published several books throughout her career, most recently “Bunny Williams: Life in the Garden” in 2024. Williams and Lawrence will release their first next book, “Decoration,” in fall 2026 with Rizzoli.
