Carrie, Miranda and Charlotte are back as if they’ve never left.
Since the “Sex and the City” reboot, called “And Just Like That…,” has commenced filming, most of its cast members have been seen sprinkled throughout various locations in Manhattan. Eager fans have seen some of their favorite characters in neighborhoods like the East Village, Upper East Side, Meatpacking District and SoHo, to name a few.
And while it has been more than 17 years since the original show wrapped and over a decade since fans have seen the whole crew, including Samantha Jones, together in the franchise’s second movie, it looks like the show’s essence of individual style remains alive.
From classic Manolo Blahnik pumps to iconic WNYC tote bags, the outfits worn by Sarah Jessica Parker’s Carrie Bradshaw, Cynthia Nixon’s Miranda Hobbes and Kristin Davis’ Charlotte York are still uniquely true to their characters. (While Nixon is photographed carrying a Bernie Sanders canvas tote, the Fendi baguette bag also makes its triumphant comeback on Parker.)
Though Patricia Field, the show’s original designer, isn’t involved this time around, her longtime codesigner Molly Rogers is. There is currently an Instagram account called @justlikethatcloset dedicated to all the outfit details to the upcoming reboot. The

After four years, Princess Mako finally tied the knot with her college sweetheart Kei Komuro, officially giving up her place in the Japanese royal family.
On Tuesday, Princess Mako, who is the niece of Emperor Naruhito, and Komuro married in a quiet ceremony, skipping any formal, traditional rites that usually accompany Japanese royal weddings. Instead, they registered their union at the local government.
The union officially marked Princess Mako’s formal exit from the Japanese imperial family. In Japan, princesses who marry commoners will lose their royal status and become a normal citizen upon marriage as stated by Imperial Household Law, a statute in Japanese law created in 1947.
In 2017, it was announced that Princess Mako and Komuro were engaged to be married. The original ceremony was scheduled for 2018, however, their union was delayed by three years due a financial dispute regarding the groom’s mother and her former fiancé, who reportedly helped finance Komuro’s education. The controversy made both the royal family and Japanese public quick to be skeptical of the marriage.
The princess’ dramatic departure from the royal family has led the media to draw comparisons to another former royal couple: Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. The couple announced they were leaving

In June, Abloh created new versions of Nike’s iconic Air Force 1 trainers developed in tandem with Louis Vuitton. The shoes, designed in 21 colorways, were unveiled as part of Abloh’s spring 2022
