Billie Eilish Goes Old Hollywood Glam at the 2021 Met Gala

Billie Eilish has left her mark at the 2021 Met Gala.
The Grammy-winning musician, who is a co-chair at the Met Gala, referenced old Hollywood glamour at the event’s red carpet on Monday dressed in a custom Oscar de la Renta gown. The peach-colored gown was designed with a printed tulle ombré bustier top and with an oversize tulle skirt.
“This is the first time I’ve done something in this realm at all,” Eilish told E! on the Met Gala red carpet about the look. “I’m shivering and I’m shaking. I’m so excited, I have butterflies. I couldn’t be happier.”
According to E!, Eilish went with Oscar de la Renta for the 2021 Met Gala after designers Fernando Garcia and Laura Kim announced the brand would go fur-free last month. The brand had started phasing out fur in its collections two years ago and allowed its fur license to expire in April.

A Closer Look at Lil Nas X’s Three Versace Outfits at the Met Gala

It wouldn’t be Lil Nas X without an outfit change or two.
The rapper, fresh off his Video of the Year win at the MTV VMAs Sunday, stepped onto the Met Gala carpet in not one, not two, but three custom outfits by Versace. Lil Nas X arrived in a flowing, regal-inspired cloak before shedding it to show off a gold, gilded armor like that of a knight, then removing that to reveal a sparkling, gold formfitting bodysuit.
Lil Nas X wore a custom, embellished all-lavender look by the Italian fashion house at the awards show Sunday.
The 22-year-old artist isn’t the first to do numerous outfit changes at the coveted fundraising benefit. In 2019, Lady Gaga showed off four different looks by Brandon Maxwell.

The Standout Fashion Moments in Kacey Musgraves’ ‘Star-Crossed’ Film

Kacey Musgraves has returned to the scene with her fifth album called “Star-Crossed,” featuring songs of heartbreak and striking fashion moments in the accompanying film directed by Bardia Zeinali.
The film, also of the same name, was released on Friday, along with the highly anticipated album. The 50-minute clip is a fantasy retelling of her relationship with ex-husband Ruston Kelly, whom she divorced in September 2020, exploring the emotions she felt before, during and after.
Musgraves and Kelly began dating in mid-2016, then were engaged by December of that year. In October 2017, the two wed in Tennessee. Last July, the couple filed for divorced, saying “it just simply didn’t work out” in a joint statement.
It’s no secret that one of the overarching themes of the album and film is her relationship with Kelly.
The film’s absence of a husband or male protagonist, with Musgraves dressed up in characters with any marital connection, such as a bride without a groom and a woman that closely resembles a Stepford wife.
Despite its emotional lyrics and depiction of heartbreak, the short film boasts plenty of colors and stylish outfits, with some as an ode to the late ‘90s and early Aughts. The film also features cameos
